FAQ

What does "women+" mean?

We use the term "women+" to to specify the inclusion of all people who identify as a woman or non-binary. We respect individual's rights to self-identify and welcome members based on our shared gender identity. 

Is participation restricted to women+ only?

Membership and members-only events are reserved for women+. Our mission is to provide support and resources to a historically under-served group, and this helps us ensure we target resources where they are needed most. 

However, many of our events are open to all working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. We welcome support, participation, and advocacy from people of all genders.
