Women+ are still dramatically underrepresented in business development, sales, entrepreneurship, and c-suite positions across the CRE industry. We're here to change that.

Too often networking revolves around alcohol. We offer healthy opportunities to make real business connections that last.

Questions
What does "women+" mean?
We use the term "women+" to specify the inclusion of all people who identify as a woman or non-binary. We respect individuals' rights to self-identify and welcome members based on our shared gender identity.
Is participation restricted to women+ only?
Membership and members-only events are reserved for women+. Our mission is to provide support and resources to a historically underserved group, and this helps us ensure we target resources where they are needed most.
However, many of our events are open to all working in the Commercial Real Estate industry. We welcome support, participation, and advocacy from people of all genders.
How do I get involved?
The best way to get involved is to attend one of our events — many are open to non-members. You can also become a member for access to exclusive events and our member community, or reach out if you're interested in volunteering or sponsoring.
